Special needs

Special Needs incorporates broad category of requirements and care for individuals suffering from a wide range of physical disabilities, medical conditions, intellectual difficulties, or emotional problems (including physical conditions, learning difficulties, and behavioral problems). If you have a child or loved one with Special Needs, you must insure they will receive the care needed during your lifetime, as well as once you have passed on.

By including a Special Needs provision in either a Will, Trust, or Charitable Foundation, you can be sure to provide for your loved one with Special Needs. Proper planning can provide valuable peace of mind for both you and your loved ones by knowing that steps are already put in place to ensure proper care for a Special Needs individual after you pass.
